I’m so close to freedom. I only have to go back to court once, then meet with my CDW about another case, and then go back again. Worst thing that will happen? Probably community service or juvi for a week. Doesn’t really matter to me. I’ve already changed, and theres no way I’m going to get in any more trouble like I did.

If everything goes according to plan, I’ll finish my punishment soon, and then go back to dixie as one happy camper. I’ll get good grades, and chill with my friends every day like I used too. I won’t get involved with the faggots who try to make my life miserable there *cough* the ridiculously unintelligent prank callers *cough*. I’ll simply laugh in there face as they try to bring me down, and then get on with my life.

Another thing I’m finally starting to realize. I’m only 14! Whoopeeee! Yeah, lame I know. But it finally came down on me that I can’t get in trouble that badly. I mean when I turn 18, I’m a free man. I’ll move somewhere and get a good job, and then be awesome.

To all my readers: sorry that this is sooooo unorganized. I had no structure for it, and therefore, the paragraphs don’t flow very well.

12-29-07. One of the last days of the year. The day in which you finally set your eyes on me. My crush had finally evolved, and granted that getting with you was awkward as hell, I knew that it would make me who I wanted to be.

Days passed, and we celebrated the best new years of my life. Kissing right as the ball dropped. I remember my words to you exactly. “This is going to be the best year of our lives.” It was absolutely the greatest way to start a new page. A new life in which all I could ever think about was you.

Days turned into weeks, as our relationship built. Our teenage crushes turned into a serious relationship. 2 weeks in, we were passing “i love you’s” like no tomorrow. I did love you. Every single day of our romance, I knew that you were the one for me. Your piercing blue eyes and addictive personality kept me wanting more.

But then stuff started happening. I started getting myself into the wrong stuff. You know what it was. It ended with me infront of a judge, begging him for one last chance, as you have done to me too many times. Did the judge show remorce too me? No. He didin’t care that I had changed or that my life was turning around.

You started changing. Not little changes. You turned into a stranger. I didin’t know who I was kissing, or telling them that I loved them. I didn’t fall in love with a scenester. Or a smoker, for that matter. I didn’t ever want you to change. You were my flower. But you kept changing, more and more. I couldnt stand it.

I knew it was getting worse when you snorted that pill. It killed me. I wanted to die. You knew my story, and you knew how bad it ruined my life. You mocked me. It hurt me a lot. And then the josh thing. I’m sorry, and I wish I could of felt differently.

All in all, I didin’t do this for me. 25% of it was for me. The other 75% was for you. I’m not fit to be a boyfriend right now. I didn’t treat you right, and I realize that. One day, you will too. Keep this in mind. If God wants us to be together, our paths WILL cross again. But until that day comes, it’s best for us to be split up.

I was at Ollies Skatepark last night, and one of my friends was about to fight this biker. So I sat next to him as they talked shit back and fourth, just so he knew that he wasn’t alone, and I wasn’t going to let him get his ass beat. Shit escalated, and they both picked up pieces of wood and threatened eachother. I grabbed a little piece of wood [mocking both of them], and got a good laugh out of it. After it all settled, everyone dropped their shit and walked off (good idea, these bikers were big).

I threw my stick on the ground and apparently, it bounced off something and hit some biker in the leg. SHIT.  Next thing I know, a bike is thrown at me from a 7 foot bowl, and luckily misses me. I wasn’t even paying attention until the bike nearly squished me. So I turn around, puzzled, and I see this big ass guy walking down the steps pointing at me and screaming. This cat was like 6’4, 190 pounds of pure muscle. And there was no way he ws under 17 years old.

Next thing I know, he has his fists up ready to pound my face in. I look down at my board and hold it up and scream “i’ll fucking swing it man.” and he didn’t even back down or nothing (DOUBLE SHIT!). So he swings with a sloppy right cross, and I swing my board into his fist. (The reason you wear gloves in boxing is NOT to make the punches hurt less, it’s to protect your knuckles. Because one sloppy punch that connects with the wrong knuckles can break your hand EASILY).

So he steps back, and I’m backing up, because honestly, even though I box and all, this kid had fighting experience. Not the kid you want to fuck with. So anyways, as I’m backing up, I notice him opening and closing his fist, and that’s when I noticed that he broke two knuckles trying to hit me. His pointer finger knuckle was chilling back by his thumb, and if he would of attempted to hit me again, all it would of taken was a quick parry and a left hook and I could of knocked him out.

But did I? Nope. It’s not worth it. Fighting is uncontrollable, and if I would of swung back, there is no doubt that another one of his friends would of stepped in to beat my ass. I’m glad I didn’t swing. It’s not worth it to me, especially since I was just in court on Wednesday. I need to turn my life around, and if it means coming across as a pussy in front of all of my friends, then so be it. In the end, god is the only one who can judge me, and everyone else’s opinion doesn’t matter to me.

Eco-Safe Cars - Fuck hybrids, I’m talking about plug in electrics, ethanols, hydrogen powered PIMP cars. No more nasty smog.

Curly Hair will be in - Notice all the kids with the really straight hair? Even guys are straightening their hair now. I bet that this will die and curly hair will be the rage. Guys will be getting perms and shit.

Marijuana will begin to be legalized - Starting with individual states, and then eventually a federal law that would remove weed from the controlled drug list.

Web 2.0 will be old news - Instead of all these flashy websites that we know and love, we will grow back into the simple Times New Roman websites. HTML will rise again!

Talk of mexico being annexed into the USA - We will be running out of oil soon. Mexico has loads of it. And instead of all these people jumping the border, they will stay back in mexico where they will have the same benefits as us.

Human will walk on mars - NASA has been trying at this for years, and I believe that sometime in the near future we will have a successful human walk on mars.

All cell phones will use multi-touch and will have anywhere access internet capabilities - Fan of the iPhone? Think of phones 10 years ago. Greyscale, no texting, lame polyphonic ringtones. Just think of phones by 2015!

MySpace will have over a billion users – I know this is crazy to assume, but myspace already has over 300 million active users, and at the rate their going, this will easily be achieved. That is, if it doesn’t get hacked and destroyed =P

While I’ve been sitting here at home, I’ve been pondering. What exactly am I going to accomplish in life? I’ve been suspended three times this year. I’m 14 years old, and I’ve been addicted to pills, had to run from the police on separate occasions,  been in about 5 fights, and I’ve been hanging with the wrong crowd. Whats a college going to say when I apply? My record is horrible. I mean yeah, I used to play sports and get good grades. Ever since I about socked my football coach in 8th grade, I’ve been getting in deep shit.

I’ve even been pushing my girlfriend away, thinking that maybe in some way she would come back and save me. But alas, I’ve failed again.

So I’m taking the time out to tell the world that I am done. No more shoplifting, no more fights. No more addictions, no more hurt. No more pain or suffering. I’m going to turn my life around before it’s too late. Whether I’m back at Dixie or in an alternative school, I will succeed. I will make a living and be more than well off. It’s my dream and nothing will ever stop me from achieving that.

I’ve got all the tools that I need now. I have a role model, music, skateboarding, an amazing girlfriend, and a house to live in. It’s up to me to change my past actions and turn my misery into heaven.

Those are a few of his songs, and I’m going to make him put out an album sometime in 08. I’ve been promoting him a hell of a lot, and I hope that people can see how talented this is.

It pretty much started when Avril Lavigne’s music video for “Sk8er Boi” was a huge hit. (Hey, I was like 10. It was hardcore to me.) If I remember right, theres a scene in which she is singing on top of a car and some guy is filming her and her band. You see the guy smile while he’s filming, revealing a silver hoop in the middle of his lip. IT WAS SO FUCKING COOL! I remember the exact moment from when I saw it. I wanted it more than anything.

There was also a time in which Chester Bennington (lead singer of Linkin Park) had his lip pierced. He was my idol back then, so that probably played a role in it too.

Anyways, in the summer of 8th grade I finally took a saftey pin to my lip. It went in easy, and I got it mighty straight for a DIY piercing. The hardest part was getting the stud in, which was a 14 gauge. Pretty big compared to the needle, lol.

It’s been almost a year since I’ve had it done, and I still love it. I have a black hoop for it, a silver hoop, and a silver spike. Pretty soon I’m going to get a plain silver stud, though.

Robby – Shit man, I don’t even know where to start. How can anyone even describe the Spivinator? I’ve always had your back and always will man. For life.

Joey – Dawg, I remember when I boxed you at Pilmans party. Good shit man. Always got your back.

Tyler FUCKING Hopper – This is my big man right here. We walked alone at 2 AM to fucking spring valley from Jesse’s house when it was like 20 degrees out. I don’t know about you, but that’s friendship right there. He rocks them creams.

Nick – Known you since forever man, and you got my respect until I die. You showed me respect, and I had to earn it. Love you to death man.

Unfortunately,  99% of people who argue this are old fucks who don’t know shit about the internet. Let me break this down for you:

 1. Myspace is BIG. With 300 something million people on Myspace, of course there is going to be some child predators out there. It’s not Tom’s fault, it’s simply the fact that they’re messed up in the head and can’t hook up with anyone their own age.

2. Privacy settings are a nifty little feature that will absolutely stop anyone from getting information about your kids. Basically you can go to settings in Myspace and within a few clicks, you’re Myspace will be blocked by anyone who tries to view it. To gain access to your profile, pictures, and more, they have to request you to be their “friend”. Myspace will alert you that you have a friend request pending and if you don’t know the person adding you, you simply click deny. Poof. No more child molesters.

3. Teenagers aren’t stupid. Regardless of what you think, we actually do have fully functional brains that we use on a daily basis. If your kid is ready to go meet someone they met over Myspace, and they’ve never heard of them before, maybe you should talk to them. I mean yeah, I’ve met plenty of people over Myspace, but all of which my friends knew.

4. Last but not least, shit happens. You can’t stop all the incidents that end up happening. Like I said, 300 million people is a lot of opportunities.  But if you’re that scared, talk to your kid. Seriously. Don’t be suing Tom. I like Myspace and want it to be around. Thanks =].

Unfortanately, there are still people dying over stuck up assholes, who refuse to accept people who don’t fit in with them. Gay gets life in jail for shooting up a gay bar, killing one and injuring 6. He told police his reasoning was because he was teased for his last name.

I believe that anyone can fall in love with anyone, despite gender, race, orientation, etc. I had a folder on the school system, called “henryHAVOC” and someone decided to change it to “henryFAGGOT” because of my views. Do I care what they think? No. People will never change if you call them out on it. Fighting doesn’t solve anything.

So I come to you nicely, and ask you to put down your biasses for one day. Open your eyes and see that times are changing, we can’t live by these biasses. If you could only see how amazing some of the people you wouldnt bother talking to really are inside, you would be shocked.
